Stewed Cabbage
Ingredients:(Makes 4 servings)
1/2 head cabbage, chopped into 1-inch pieces1 tbsp butter1/2 tsp white pepper1/2 tsp salt1 cube chicken bouillon1 cup water
Directions:
Saute cabbage in butter, salt and pepper for five minutes.
Add water and bouillon; cover and simmer for fifteenminutes.
Serve hot.
