Chocolate Dipped Strawberries Recipe is a perfect Valentines day dessert as it looks very romantic and tastes really yummy. This recipe I have shared below is somewhat an easy recipe, It takes an hour to cook, and a lot of care to make it into perfection.
Here is my Chocolate Dipped Strawberries Recipe.

Ingredients

• 2 cups fresh Strawberries with leaves
• 5 ounces semi-sweet Chocolate, chopped
• 3 ounces white Chocolate, chopped

Procedure

• You might as well melt the chocolate in two separate heat-proof bowls by placing the bowl over a saucepan filled with simmering water under low heat.
• Stir occasionally until chocolate is smooth.
• Holding berries by the stem, dip each one in molten chocolate, about three-quarters of the way to the stem. Now dip a fork in the white chocolate and drizzle the chocolate over the strawberries.
• Place, stem side down, on wire rack and chill in refrigerator until hardened.
