Hot and Sour Soup
Ingredients:
225 g {white capmushrooms, sliced}
Directions:
Cook mushrooms and garlic in oil for 4 minutes. Stir inbroth, vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil; bring to boiling.
Stir in chicken and cabbage/broccoli slaw/rainbow salad (Iused rainbow salad for my nutrition analysis).
Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir together cold water and cornstarch and add to soup;simmer 2 minutes or until soup thickens a bit.
Serve in a beautiful bowl.
