Crazypotato98’s Mulligatawny SoupIngredients:
1/3 cup onion, chopped
Directions:
Cook and stir onion and carrots in hot oil over medium heatabout 10 minutes until crisp-tender.
Reduce heat to low; add apples and curry powder. Cover andcook for 5 minutes.
Stir in water, bouillon cubes and undrained can of tomatoes.Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Stir in cooked chicken andsimmer for 10 minutes more.
Serve.
